My phone's dead so I can't call anyone. Now I'm just sitting here, feeling pretty frustrated/upset/defeated.
Maybe I should try breaking a window. Just kidding! That would be crazy/illegal/a terrible idea.

I can't believe/recall/remember how this happened. One minute I had my house key securely in my pocket, and the next it was gone/missing/vanished. I searched/I looked everywhere/I scoured my bag, my car, even the floor/underneath things/that weird corner, but there's no sign of it. It's driving me nuts/This is incredibly frustrating/I'm seriously stressed out.

Dude, I am completely trashed. I swear this day started out decent but somewhere between work and dinner it all just fell apart. Now I'm sitting here, staring at my phone, which are inexplicably in the back seat. My brain is a glorified potato and I can barely remember what day it is. It's like I got lost in the matrix.
